- This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use and disclosure of your information in connection with your use of our service “Fate/Grand Order”, including the related websites, emails, and mobile applications (collectively, “Service”).

- When this Privacy Policy uses the term “personal information,” we mean information about an individual who is identified or reasonably identifiable, such as full name, street address, telephone number or email address.

- We do not knowingly collect, use, process or disclose any personal information from individuals under the age of fifteen (15) without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. - How to Delete Your Account
- You may delete your account by taking the following steps:
1. You must obtain a password to delete your account on the Application. Please go to “My Room”, tap “Help”, and then tap “Delete Your Account”.
2. You must email Aniplex to request deletion of your account in accordance with instructions on the Application. You must include in your email: (i) User ID, (ii) your Master’s name, (iii) the password for deletion of your account and (iv) other information requested by Aniplex.
3. Aniplex will review and verify your request by matching the submitted information with the information held by Aniplex. Once the verification is completed, your account will be deleted. - Changes To This Policy
- By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time and, as such, we encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. If we make a material change to the way in which we collect, use, and/or share your personal information, we will send an email to users who have provided an email address or post a notice on our Service prior to the change becoming effective.
