This Privacy Policy covers all of our service “Fate/Grand Order” including the related websites, emails, and mobile applications (collectively, “Service”).

- “Personal Data” is defined under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) to mean data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access.

We may collect information from you when you use our mobile application, websites and other online products and services and throughout other interactions and services you have with us. Personal Data that we collect about you may include without limitation the following:
- Personal Data that you make available to us when you open an account or subscribe to our Service, such as your name, physical address, email address and credit card details;

For the avoidance of doubt, this means that we may/will disclose your Personal Data to the aforementioned parties upon their request or direction.
- As the purposes for which we may collect, use, disclose or process your Personal Data depend on the circumstances at hand, such purpose(s) may not appear above. However, we will notify you of such other purpose at the time of obtaining your consent for the collection of such Personal Data, unless the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your Personal Data without your consent is permitted by law.

We will process your request within a reasonable time from such a request for withdrawal of consent being made, and will thereafter not collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Data in the manner stated in your request, unless an exception under the law or a provision in the law permits us to do so. However, your withdrawal of consent could result in certain legal consequences arising from such withdrawal, including us being unable to perform the transactions requested by you in the Service.
- Sharing of your Personal Data
- From time to time, we will/may need to disclose your Personal Data to third parties, whether located within or outside Singapore, for one or more of the above Purposes, as such third parties would be processing your Personal Data for one or more of the above Purposes.
- In this regard, you hereby acknowledge, agree, and consent that we are permitted to disclose your Personal Data to such third parties (whether located within or outside Singapore) for one or more of the above Purposes and for the said third parties to subsequently collect, use, disclose, and/or process your Personal Data for one or more of the above Purposes. - We and our third party partners may automatically collect information as you use our Service such as the domain name, Internet Service Provider, browser type and version, mobile device ID, operating system and device type, average time spent on our Service, pages viewed, information accessed, the IP address you use to connect to the Internet and related geographical information about your computer or mobile device. Such information is sometimes referred to as web analytics and/or clickstream data.

- We operate and may continue to operate servers in a number of jurisdictions around the world, including the United States and Japan, so the server on which your Personal Data is used and stored may not be located in your jurisdiction.
- You fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your Personal Data (both inside and outside of your jurisdiction) for the Purposes described in this Privacy Policy. However, we will ensure that any of the obligations stemming from the privacy laws, which are a result of the transfer of Personal Data out of your country, will be complied with.

Where we are unable to respond to you within the said 30 days, we will notify you of the soonest possible time within which we can provide you with the information requested. Note that the PDPA exempts certain types of Personal Data from being subject to your access request.
- For a request to correct Personal Data, once we have sufficient information from you to deal with the request, we will correct your Personal Data within 30 days. Where we are unable to do so within the said 30 days, we will notify you of the soonest practicable time within which we can make the correction. Note that the PDPA exempts certain types of Personal Data from being subject to your correction request as well as provides for situation(s) when correction need not be made by us despite your request. We will send the corrected Personal Data to every other organisation to which the Personal Data was disclosed by us within a year before the date the correction was made, unless that other organisation does not need the corrected Personal Data for any legal or business purpose.

- We cannot distinguish the age of persons who access and use the Service. If a minor (according to applicable laws) has provided us with Personal Data without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us (see Questions About This Privacy Policy section) to remove the relevant Personal Data and unsubscribe the minor from our Service.
